I can't believe that I am BLOGGING! Who'd a thunk? A middle aged woman who holds no affection for cell phones, texting or computers....now blogging. Amazing things never cease to happen. My web master, Wes, tells me that I should try to blog twice a month. Who knows, I may get into this.

The Baby Feast portraits are just finished. No, I don't dine on babies but I do get a few nibbles of their fat little thighs. There is nothing like squeezing the babies and I had 22 babies come out for the competition of the cutest babies in all the land. The judging for the catagories: Nicest smile, brightest eyes, chubbiest cheeks, most angelic, most mischievous and most delicious will take place on July 3, 2009. Thanks to my judges from the Juvenile Diabetes society for making the choices because let me tell you, it is NO EASY TASK. All 22 babies performed for me. It was amazing. Not one wash out with the babies bellering, crying or even unhappy. They were totally precious and I am glad that I don't have to do the judging. Some hard choices will have to be made in order for the parents to get the 'bragging rights' of the Most Delicious baby in all the land.

I now can come up for air. The Baby Feast photos are taken, the gardens are planted and the cottage is open. I can't believe how much energy this all takes. Oh, to stay in shape so that I can continue doing what I love to do. Time to practice yoga, another passion for me and actually a life style. But that is another blog.
