This presentation looks at the sexes in how they innately differ. It is presented humorously, thus being conducive to learning, but with a message that is imperative and timely. Challenges are set forward for both sexes to recognize and celebrate their differences and then, individually and collectively to take responsibility for actions, perceptions and leadership.
